I had to resort to writing this review in addition to getting law enforcement involved. Jerry (aka. Gerardo Perez Jr., owner of Infinite Air) is a nice guy at first, BUT BEWARE! My 95 year old grandmother was in need of a Mastercool replacement, so I made the mistake of giving Jerry (Infinite Air) a call. On 5/4/20, I met up with Jerry at my grandmother's home. He gave me an estimate and asked for $600 down to purchase the materials. He told me that he would start working on it the next day (5/5/20). Well, it was hot during that week (they were predicting 100 degrees on 5/7/20) and I really wanted my grandmother to have cold air! You guessed it! Jerry never shows up the following day! He gives me this lame excuse that he is out of town (something that he never mentioned the day before). I asked for my money back and have not seen him since! I mean who would do that to a 95 year old woman? I got a hold of a EPPD detective and my case is going to the county attorney's office for deceptive trade practice. I have given Jerry plenty of opportunities to give me my money back, now he doesn't answer my calls or texts. Please again, do yourself a favor and do not associate yourself with this clown, he is a THIEF!
