Always check to make sure you're not renting at an apartment complex owned by Integrity, This is at Foxglove Apartments on Redd Rd. In El Pavon, we were late on rent and when we reported mold, we were evicted.

Z PLACE APARTMENT HOMES ARE NOT HOMES. THEY DO FEEL WARM WHEN YOU FIRST CHECK THEM OUT. TRUTH IS, THEY ARE INFESTED WITH PESTS AND HAVE DEADLY PLUMBING ISSUES. I AM ABSULUTY SURE THERE IS MOLD BOUND TO BE SOMEWHERE IN YOUR APARTMENT HOME. NOW, I DID SPEAK TO LOUIS ABOUT THESE ISSUES AND HE WAS KIND ENOUGH TO EXPLAIN AN APOLOGY. I THEN I ASKED HIM WHY DOES HE HAVE THE COURAGE TO WORK HERE? LOUIS THEN TOLD ME THAT HE ENJOYS HIS EVERYDAY LIFE LEASING PEOPLE AN APARTMENT AND THAT IS HIS JOB DUTY. I DO THANK HIM FOR BEING A TOUGH SPORT DEALING WITH ME AND WITH TWO OTHER RESIDNECE THAT WERE IN THE OFFICE TO PLACE IN A WORK ORDER. I FEEL BAD FOR THE YOUNG GOOD LOOKING GUY. Z PLACE FIRST APPROUCH IS DEFENITYLY PROFESSIONAL. I DO RECOMMEND FOR YOU AND YOU’RE FAMILY TO STAY AWAY FROM Z PLACE SO THAT WAY THEY CAN FIX THE ISSUES BEFORE MOVING PEOPLE INTO THRIE “SPACIOUS TOWNHOMES”

I live at apartments with Integrity management. This is my 4th year here. I moved in when other mgrs were here and then they got here. I don't know what the other reviews are about. I like it here and they take good care of things. One time, I paid late and had to pay late fees but no one was rude about it. I have good neighbors and like the people in the office and the repair people. My apts are not new but they Are always doing things to update them.

Talk about passing the buck

I started renting in 2004 when all the utilities were included. Never really complaining about much. Renewing my leases year after year even if the rent kept going up and utilities added because the area was convenient. Can't remember how many managers these apartments have been through or maintenance people. Finally before signing my last lease provided a long list and pictures of things needing repair. The leaks in the ceiling patched up but never really fixed. Reading the previous review now wondering if my kids or myself don't have some kind of health problem. :(



I provided my Intent to Vacate 3 mos early as I was seriously ready to move out. Beginning of July and I still have not received my deposit, yes back when I originally signed they were take deposits. Now they are not requiring deposits or application fees, should wonder why? When contacting the office manager I was told they have no record of me leaving a deposit. I faxed over proof and was then told I would not receive any deposit due to damages and apartment was not cleaned. WHAT!



I now am in the process of contacting head quarters. According to TAA (Texas Apartment Association) I should have received an itemized statement giving me reasons why I would not receive my deposit. I would never have left my apartment dirty knowing I would lose out on my deposit of $250.
