Took my car in for some hail damage. I was promised to have the car within a two week period. Other body shops said I would have to waist a couple of months to get it fixed. To my surprise my car was done in less time. My car looks better than it did before the hail damage. I like supporting independent body shops and this one didn't disappoint. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff.

From beginning to end, I can't emphasize the excellence of the employees at this shop. I won't go into the details of my car since that ain't your problem but I will say you can take a chance on this shop. They delivered my vehicle on time and they exceeded my expectations. Prices are very reasonable and they stick to the estimate they provide. But more than anything, the shop and the gentlemen are extremely trustworthy. I know if I ever need any work done on my car, J & H will be the one and only place I take my cat to.

Worst experience EVER!



I took my vehicle here because it was conveniently located near my home and Enterprise car rental was just down the road. Do not base decisions off of convenience. At least not in auto-repair.



My auto insurance did not have them listed as a provider, but I chose to take my car there anyways because it was convenient and I wanted to support a local business. Mistake! Took it in on a Monday and was promised that it would be done on Friday. Friday rolls up, and up to that point I never received a single update, so I called before showing up. Lucky I did. They were not done. Said they were missing a part and that it was on order. Promised me Tuesday of the following week, because the part had to come in from out of town. Tuesday, I receive a call to come pick up the car. I stop by J&H, car looks good, and I transfer my gear from the rental into my "fixed" car and then I proceed to return the rental vehicle to Enterprise.



Enterprise shuttles me back to J&H and I start the car and proceed home. Everything looks good, except that now my car is pulling way to the right and the steering wheel is offset by at least 45 degrees from center. My car had front end damage, you would think that someone would have conducted a test drive to ensure everything was in operation before calling a customer to pick up the car. I turn around and drive back. I talk to ...(wish I could remember his name!) and he takes it for a test ride and he confirms that something was wrong. No apology. Just a sullen "I will call the rental company to pick you up." He calls and disappears, leaving me in the lobby by myself as I wait 20 minutes for the rental company to come back and pick me up.



The car isn't done until the following Monday. It took them two weeks to complete a $1200 repair. Ridiculous! Did I receive a call Monday to pick up the car? No! I had to call them and ask. When I asked if someone had taken the car for a test ride, the person on the phone acted as if she had no idea what I was talking about. Anyways, I pick up the car and my "handler" (same guy as before) comes out and hands me my keys. No apologies. Like he is mad that I was upset that my car wasn't fixed on time as promised or right the first time.

Took my vehicle Into this place since my insurance had it on its list, I should've reviewed this place a bit more before choosing this place to repair the body of my car. At first the staff was friendly and curteous, after 5 months my vehicle was still "being worked on" finally it was ready and they left it horribly dirty, and it was noticeable that they used dw40 to wipe the interior off with dust, I would literally feel light headed as I was driving my car, then after a few weeks the trim on the outside was coming off, and some interior parts were coming loose so I had to take it again to get it fixed, after about another week the same problem started happening, I was sick of dealing with these people already so I repaired it myself, now 3 months later I go on a road trip with my family and notice that wind comes through the side windows and on top of that it rained and water came through the cracks. So I had to take it in once more and talked to one of the owners and he had the nerve to blame it On cars make, I was not having any problems with my vehicle before they worked on it. Pick somewhere else to have your vehicle repaired. These people are just money hungry.

This Body shop is a joke they can’t even match a color or paint a car they will not warranty there work even if they say, warning they are a ripp off!! The guy Javier which is the owner told me he would do the best job ever he ended leaving bubbles on the paint and made a mess of my car, now i have to go to another body shop so they can finish his mess....Worse experience ever!!

worst customer service

After folliwing my agents instructions of getting a few quotes for my collision repairs. I took tge car to J&H collision. At first the iwner if the establishment was very profesioal and courteous. We told him exactly what we needes pee our agents instructions and he was fine with it. Called after 2 days to follow up and wewere told tgat if we were just shopping them, to go pick up the car.

I would think that they should know this is part of any business,To be shopped around!
