I went in for a hair relaxer and everyone was really nice and sweet. John Cruz explained the problems that this chemical can cause as far as breakage and so on. Everything was fine untill he finished styling my hair i noticed a patch of hair in the front part of my forhead was GONE!!! He burned my forhead and not only that burned off my hair. They tried to explain why that had happened because i had baby hairs or what not. But he only burned one part of my forhead. Anyways he offered a 10% off and i was like no way you have to be kidding me. He just said sorry and left. There was another lady with red hair which was very rude i was showing her what had happend and she was getting mad at me raising her voice. over all i was very unsatisfied.

You think that if you paid more for your hair that you'll get the best. That is not true. In El Paso, higher prices doesn't mean better quality or skills. I found that the stylist at Yes We Do are some of the best in the area. The skill ranges anywhere from newly licensed to some with over 20 years experience. John has skills from many workshops and continuing education he's attended, apprenticing under a master stylist (while in FL), and learning from peers. You won't be dissappointed. He will even let you know how to style your own hair, what products you need, and how to maintain a healthy head of hair. Although he specializes in women's hair, he's pretty good with skin fades and "High and Tights", too.
