My family and I chose America Bail Bonds to assist us because this company was recommended by the public defender handling our case. Our first mistake was to listen to a public defender, and our second mistake was trusting Fernando Rodriguez @ America Bail Bonds with our money. It states in our contract that there is a waiting period of approximately 30 days from the date the bond is exonerated before it can be returned. Well approximately 30 days was not even close. It has been approximately 4 months and we have yet to see our money. We have been given many excuses such as, "the mail hasn't came yet", "I haven't heard from the insurance company", "I will call you tomorrow when I mail it", and my all time favorite, "your check will be in the mail tomorrow". Needless to say, I would not recommend this company to anyone, as honesty and integrity is no where in its policy or practices.
