Las ventanas apartments not only deserves a low rating in appearance but above all things in service. You are paying so much more for what it is worth. The appliances are outdated, carpets are used, the overall upkeep of the apartments is horrible. Do not let the exterior appearance fool you. In addition the management is abominable. You will pay 800/month for them to treat you like you live in section 8 housing. A worker even advised us when moving out, that the manager, Cathy, will keep your deposit, despite how clean the apartment is when closing, that she would find every excuse in the book to over charge you. I do not recommend living here, you will not get what you paid for and in the end they will try their hardest to cheat you out of the money they should be responsible for paying. Look else where! What else can you expect from a business with a D from the Better Business Bureau?
