I would not recommend this lawyer.There's a reason he doesn't have any reviews. I was recommended to him for my DUI. Maybe he handles other law cases better but he just seemed very busy. I was told he would reschedule my court date for a later time. It was not rescheduled and the only reason I found out was because I called the day prior. I was supposed to be leaving on vacation and ended up having to delay my trip.Also ended up costing me money because I was packed and moved out of my place and had to pay for food and lodging to attend the court date while my family was displaced and uncomfortable.It's not attending court that bothered me, It was finding out at the last second and not being properly informed. I was told the reason it wasn't taken care of was because I was not his 'only' client and he was very busy(mind you he had weeks to take care of it). I got my voicemail filled up with messages saying that the court was cancelled and then not cancelled over the course of two hours after my phone battery died. (I was in the process of getting ready for my trip hooking up a towbar) I finnally lost my temper when I talked to his assistant only to find out he went home for the day and the next day he withdrew from my case. I think all he wanted was an excuse to quit and keep my money. I just feel like the entire time I hired him he didn't invest very much in trying to win my case and was a little wishy-washy. Seems more interested in gold than taking care of me as a client.At the end of the day the only thing he seemed interested in was keeping my money with as little investment from as possible and since he withdrew from my case and lept my money, I guess that's exactly what he got. Now I have to hire a new lawyer, one with good recommendations and pay the new lawyer all over again. I feel misrepresented and cheated. I hear he's REALLY good at Golf though. He said he applied for a drivers license appeal and it was denied, which I never saw. But My face was broken at the time of the accident and I couldn't blow or take the field sobriety test due to the nature of my motorcycle accident. The officers gave me the option of taking the Blood alcohol test but then when I arrived at the jailhouse said I refused to the implied consent law and refused to cooperate, which I never did. My license was suspended for 180 days instead of 90. You'd think that a medical condition and failure to be informed of my rights would hold some weight, but no, he said the appeal court denied me a hearing...hmmmm. And I blew .083 and he said he couldn't argue it because technically I was over the limit. I said'well, isn't there a margin of error in those tests? Like up to .009?" He said he could argue the test but then there would be the officers testimony...I was like -'well I was injured. If the officer said I was stumbling or that my speech seems slurred-couldn't that have something to do with the fact that I had a broken cheek bone? I wish I could just respresent myself, but I certainly would not pick him.
