Dr. De Santos has been my doctor for more than 6 yrs. She has always been very professional and caring. My three pregnancies have been tough and she as well as her staff took very good care of me. All of my kids were delivered by her and thanks to her they are all healthy. One time I was so sick and after seeing me in her office she took the courtesy to call me personally to check on me; I will never forget that gesture. She is a great Dr. I highly recommend her.

Dr. DeSantos delivered my 24 week premature baby safely and I love her for that. She also went to see my baby in the NICU a few times, not very many drs do that. The entire staff at Life Steps OB/GYN were very kind throughout my short pregnancy.

Has been my Doctor for the past 6 years and I have nothing but gracious words to say about her and her staff. I have seen other Doctor’s before I was recommend to see Dr. DeSantos, after my first visit I can honestly say that I felt very comfortable with her. I have seen Dr. DeSantos for different issues and everything has been explained to me detail by detail, I have been aware of every step that will be taken and what procedure if any will be needed. This is also true to any cost that I might have to pay due to my deductible, everything is always explained to me up front and I have always been aware of every cost to include what I will be responsible for. Dr. DeSantos has always been patient with me, and any questions that I or my husband have had she is quick to respond to us. This is also true to her staff they have always been very professional and courteous, even at times that I must admit I have not been in the best of my moods they continue to show their professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. DeSantos and have recommended her to family and friends; and as I they continue to be patients’ of hers. Thank you Dr. DeSantos.

Dr. De Santos has been my doctor for 3 years and i am stunned at the bad reviews. She delivered my baby and she was nothing but courteous and caring during my pregnancy. She answered all my questions no matter how many i had. She has moved offices and i am glad. The new staff is very nice and welcoming. I do have trouble with their new phone system but that is something small. I highly recommend her as a doctor.

I can't believe the phone call i just had with Cristina Dos Santos Assistant. I called to ask for the cost of my wife's first preganancy appointment a week I made the appointment. I told them that we wanted see her for the first check up only, and the assistant told me that we had to stay with the doctor until my wife gave birth. With an initial visit of $380 plus $2,600 total of $2,980. The assistant said "since we don't have insurance and if we only wanted the first visit only, it would be better for us to go to University Medical Center and not even bother going to see Dr Dos Santos". How in the Hell does one have the common sense to obligate someone into a $2,980 bill without telling them at time of making the appointment; and when we only want is the first visit to see if everything is alright. To me that is real bad business. We have now changed to another doctor who has decades of experience and we paying everything upfront but at least or new doctor's assistant didn't deny service; but instead she told us about the costs upfront and said we are able to choose to stay with the doctor or go else where. I would NEVER recommend Dr. Dos Santos to anyone!!! I just wish my friend who told us about her change to a different doctor.

dr .christina is the worst doctor you will ever see.. and her medical assistance too. i lost my baby because they didn't care about my case...
