Provided by YP.comI am not sure what the bad reviews are about. I took my Maxima there because it had quit on me suddenly. Ricky asked me to come back later while they took a look. When I came back later, Ricky told me that they found nothing wrong with the car but explained what the problem could have been from the symptoms I had described. ( I looked up the issue later and found he had guessed right ). I asked him how much money I owed and he said no charge because they had not done anything. That is honesty in my book. He could have charged me and I would not have known any better and to be completely fair, he would have been right in doing so anyway.
Finding an honest repair auto repair shop is very difficult so look no further than Lube and Tune.
I am now making sure our office takes all of our work vehicles to these guys for maintenance and repair and I will also do the same with my personal vehicles.
I wish I had come by sooner.

Provided by YP.comI have been going here for 6 years and Rick and his brother Mario have always taken excellent care of my car. They are both honest and caring people. Would recommend to anybody... By the way, thank you Rick for everything!!!

Provided by YP.comI have had bad service pretty much from the start... everytime I take it there, they do the repairs, and it would work for only a few days before something else started going wrong and I would have to return it to get it repaired again. My struts were replaced without aligning it and I had to get it back to them a few days later. I took it to get the heater repaired, and they did not connect the wires to light the gear shifter. They seem to be rather careless at their repairs. They offer a fairly competitive price, but I think they are cutting corners in the quality of their repairs to offer this price. I think I'd rather pay more just to get it right than to get a break on the price while getting terrible service. A good auto repair should be such that one should not see them very often. I have had to take my car to them at least 10 times since this august. I thoroughly do not recommend their business.
We replaced the struts and we did not aligned it???. Then brought it back for heater core repair. If we are that bad, why bring it back for other repairs???. It does not make sense. To replace a heater core most cars nowdays the whole dash has to be removed and we forgot to connect a wire on the shifter consol?. We are human we make mistakes but it sounds like we took care of his or her problems, and save him or her a ton of $$$$. Why is he or she complaining about anyway!!!

Provided by YP.comThis shop may look like a great place to take your car but unless you need an oil change or brakes done something simple dont take your car here. I have taken my cars there for a while and everytime I have a problem there is 200 to 300 hundred dollar fix followed by a few days of working car to then having to take it back to be fixed again. I have taken my car three times and each time had to take it again. Always a new problem not something they did. Well this last time is it I will never go back and urge you not to take your car there. My car was running hot which he said he could fix with a new belt blah blah blah they had to take my engine out 400 hundred dollars . Then after two days car leaking oil like a sieve. Take it back first call oh uh oh uh it was a new thing we tried to hold the oil it didnt work call me back. second call oh no its nothing we did its your seal we have to take your engine out again wont be ready for another day and still dont know how much it will cost.. Pleassse I beg you dont take your care there and tell your friends and family dont go near.
It saddens us to see a customer of ours write a bad comment about our services. We go beyound our ability to take care of our customers. We have been in business for over twenty years and we work on thousands of car yearly and a customer who has visit us for repairs and writing a bad comment is not right. Customers complaints is our priority and we do everything in our power to help the customer. Yes we are not perfect we slip up sometimes but we take care of the ploblem at no charge. This customer must of had serious problems with the car we do not know. If we are a bad place to bring you car for service why, to we repair thousands of cars a year and only get one bad response. Why is our parking lot full of cars waiting for repairs. Why do we get a good review from Mr. Rick Olson from El Paso Inc. You know why because we care about our customers. We would not have been in business for over twenty year if we have not done our job.
