The service was pretty good, but the food was very disappointing. The decor is beautiful, so I was expecting a high end dining experience. The salsa was extremely sweet. When I asked the waitor about getting a salsa that wasn't so sweet, he said all the salsas tasted like that. The dinner rolls were store-bought, and they only had Country Crock margarine. I asked for real butter, but they didn't have any. I ordered a steak called, "Cuatros Chiles" or "Four Chiles" . It was cooked well, but not well seasoned at all. Contrary to the name, it was quite bland. My friend's "Adelita" chicken was very dry. Don't bother going.

YOU PROBABLY ARE THE MANAGER OR THE OWNER. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MARIA CHUCHENA EL PASO. SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND THE FOOD, COLD AND NASTY. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE, NOT EVEN MY WORST ENEMY. IF WHAT YOU WANT IS TO BE DISAPPOINTED, GO FOR IT AND EXPERINCE IT YOUR SELF.

The worst customer service I have ever received. Although the prices are not high at all, the food and the service I received were not good at all. The one at Juarez is much better than this one. Food was cold and it did not surprise me at all. I had the shrimp enchiladas and my wife had the guanatos shrimp. There are better Mexican restaurants than this one, here at El Paso. Honestly, I would not recomend this restaurant to anyone, not even my worst enemy. If what you want is to be disappointed, go for it and experience it your self.

Real, high Mexican Cuisine, in a find dining atmosphere. It was wonderful, I've had dinner in M.C. in Mexico many times and I've been there for breakfest, lunch and dinner several times there, it is the best I've eaten in Mexico, and the best I've eaten in El Paso.



I recommend it completely! Unlike in Mexico, make sure you have reservations for dinner.
