Very unprofessional

In the evening in the weekends, it's run by a bunch of kids and all their friends hang out there. I was at the drive- thru window paying for my order when the cashier starts hollering to her friend in the car stopped next to mine. I had just gotten off work, tired and hungry, I really didn't want some chick screaming to her friends in my face. It was ridiculous. Where the hell was the manager? It seems it's like this everytime I go there around that time. Hate it there.
