The worst place to rent, the worst place…

The worst place to rent, the worst place to call home! i just move here to this apt fixures and appliances in the apartments are old and don't seem to work properly -- something is always breaking.... IAM GOING TO CALL SOME reporters to visit the apts soon ..........................................

It's been nothing but joy living at these apartments. The staff is great and it's quiet with convenient groceries close by. I've been here two years and would recommend them to anybody.

My experience here has been great. I'm sad to leave but my job has relocated me. The office staff here has always been very pleasant and helpful. The maintenance is very kind and quick. I never had to call the office twice on a work order that I submitted instead they have always called me to let me know the job was finished. The property is very quiet. I work long hours and I really appreciate that. I enjoy the amenities and I hope my next Apartment experience is like I have had here. Thank you.

The worst place to rent, the worst place to call home! They told me parking is first come first serve before I moved in. I was okay with that because I assumed only RESIDENTS would be parking here. NOPE!! You have a lot of people with Chihuahua, Mexico plates taking up all the spaces.... Neighbors are very noisey late hours and always partying in the parking lot. Security gates don't work 6 days out of the week -- When you call for security after hours to report noisey neighbor, they never show, so dont bother -- The police are tired of showing as well -- lack of water pressure -- the parking is terrible -- fixures and appliances in the apartments are old and don't seem to work properly -- something is always breaking... Wish I would have known all this before I signed a lease.... I do not recommend this place.

While apartment shopping i was very stressed and going thru a lot. I went to about 10 apartments and either the price was too high for me or the staff was just plain rude and didnt care about my needs. Mesa Ridge (Hillside Apts) was about the 5th one that I had looked at but still wanted to look around to see if I will find anything better. But boy was I wrong, Mesa Ridge Apartments had the total package for me, great prices and with exceptional service. As soon as I walked in I felt right at home and the office staff from the leasing to the manager were friendly and helpful. The apartment I got was in excellent condition and I LOVE living here. I will recommended and have done so, to my friends and family.

I was looking to rent an apartment on the westside, I was looking all day and it seem whevever I want they were all rude and not considerate of my needs. Hillside apartments (Mesa Ridge Apts. ) was my last stop, I was tired and ready to give up. But as soon as I walked in the staff was very friendly and helpful to my needs. The leasing consultant was very friendly and enthuastic and was very helpful. She answered all my needs and I felt right at home. I rented there and live here for 3 months now. I am very haapy and all the staff is friendly and helpul.
