My wife and daughters had been going to this salon for a little over 2yrs. The services, customer service, and management practices of this establishment have declined in such a manner that it is actually quite upsetting. The latest (and last) experience that my family had with this business involved a gift certificate which was not honored in the manner which was agreed upon at purchase, nail services which were over charged and of the quality that my teenage daughter could have done at home, and an aroma massage which was performed at such a harsh intensity level that my wife required medical attention a couple days after the appointment.



What was most disturbing was that the manager informed me (at the time I made a telephonic complaint about the services, that afternoon) that their business policies had recently changed (without consumer notification in any way) which meant that my gift certificate would no longer be honored per the agreement I had made at purchase. Additionally, she informed me that their services rendered are to be considered "satisfactory" so long as a manager did not get directly involved during the appointment. However, despite multiple complaints made directly to the attendants, no opportunity to speak to a manager about the issues was made nor did the attendants make an attempt to tell my wife of the existing conditions of a manager's complaint being required in order to have corrective actions taken or refunds made.



Milan's quality of work, professionalism, and managerial care have severely declined over the past few months. Be wary of reviews of this business which are older than 6 months. They have now lost the business of my entire family from these recent issues and, with any sort of luck, others will give their business to establishments offering a level of quality which this spa no longer feels it owes its loyal customers.

I have been going to Milan for over a year now and I love how everyone is friendly. Matthew is the one who has been doing my hair and he is the best! He will give you a head massage that will leave you wanting more. My hair always feels and looks so healthy.

I will say Milan is an awesome place to go and feel good. I have had several services done (various staff) and I love every moment of it. Its not very often I can break away from my daily routines so when I can get away- I use my time and money wisely! I recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to go and get pampered- Love it! Its worth it- and you are too.
