I went to Mirai bowl to get some food "to-go" to be at home and not have to go elsewhere for dinner. When I got home I noticed that they gave me fried rice instead of white rice. I also noticed that the rice was burnt. They seemed to make an attempt to mask it by mixing it all up but the taste was very apparent. I was very disappointed because I have enjoyed their food in the past. When I called them they offered me another bowl, but whats the point when you wanted to stay home after? They didn't seem to care about the inconvenience and didn't have a corp number to call. So I would say eat there at your own risk. I think a business like this should care and be consistent and have a service standard..Wont be going back..
