After years of avoiding this place from a previous bad experience, I gave them another shot. I pull in to the lube area where I am immediately greeted by an employee who tries to upsell me on a wide variety of services. I purchase over $200 in services and a tire shine as well as a fragrance. The wash was good. The car wasn't vacuumed and the interior wasn't great. But they vacuumed it again. After 2 hours, I pulled out of the lot and into a thunderstorm. I went back today and try to take advantage of a rain check. But the lube customers don't get a rain check. I showed the girl that I paid over $200. She started to try and sell and upsell wash services. I won't be back, it's 4 stars if they would have ran my car through again. But instead, they suck because of poor customer care.
