Worst waterslide ever. Had a 2 foot hole at the top. A kid could fall right in! They didnt cover the rebar stakes holding the slide down and my chihuahua got cut on it...6 stitches! Don't rent from them!

Over 4-1/2 hours late for delivery and 4 hours early to pick up. Very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

Do not go with this company. The owner us very unprofessional. I was promised a certain number of chairs and got way less and the man was basically sayin oh well not my problem. I hope he closes shop. He's robbing to many ppl.

Terrible Service. They called and said they were on their way and never showed up. When we called back their phone was off. It was a surprise birthday party on a Sunday, and by the time they didn't show we did not have time to make other plans. I called the owner and he said he would find out what happened and call me back, he never did. Do not use this disorganized and unprofessional company.

Worst moon bounce rental place ever!!!! First of all they came to my house 3 hours earlier than what they said. I wasnt even prepared for them. When I asked them to come back at the time we agreed upon they said they couldnt. They set the moon bounce up in my yard right next to my rock wall. Didnt even give any space between the bounce house and the wall. Kids could have hit their head at any moment. To top off this bad experience the moon bounce deflated 5 times WITH KIDS IN IT!!! I had to dive into the collapsing bounce house to rescue kids from being trapped under it. When they came back the next morning I told them about my bad experience and they laughed in my face. First of all I was dealing with a little kid about 12 years old. He was the one running the show. Do you think a 12 year old knows what it is like to have to worry about the well being of a child. NO! I tried calling these people over and over again to speak with the owner. They lied to me, hung up on me and ignored me. I would never go to this place.
