Provided by YPmobileWORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! DON'T GO!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!! They worked on my car and every time I got it back, it the check engine light would go on one to two weeks later. While working on my car, it would also take forever to be finished as well. When my car stopped working, tried to buy a different car from them but they had the title for over a year and wanted us to go under the table to not pay the $500 fee. They also took $2000 but still ended up keeping the car they were selling.

Provided by YP.comI took my car Moroni’s shop and they diagnosed my car and was able to get me back on the road in no time. They are honest, have an awesome staff and have great customer service. From now on that is the only place I will take my vehicle to be serviced. Thanks Moroni.

Provided by YP.comAfter feeling robbed by BMW of El Paso, a . These guys were respectful, honest, precise and had standards you would expect from a dealership maintenance dept. Best of all is their labor rate was reasonable. It was indeed a relief after I exceeded my mechanic limitations and technical understanding of the car. Simply put, "I highly recommend them and they now have a loyal customer".
PS. They only use BMW certified parts and trained techs.... hint!

Provided by YP.comAwesome quick service, honest, dependable, quality work. Moroni is a true professional, skilled mechanic, very approachable and explain what work he will perform to correct/fix the problem, not to mention price better than any other not over charging like the dealership. The only shop I trust to work on my BMW 540 & 750i. Highly recommend this shop above all others.

Provided by YPmobileVery happy. I found a great BMW shop! Maroni BMW is a great place.Took my car in, BMW of El Paso wanted 4hours to diagnose, $450. One cylinder was dead, no compression. They were sure I had either a cracked head gasket or a collapsed valve which would have been a few thousand dollars. They needed to tear into the engine a little. Maroni said sounded fishy, needed 2 hours, $150 to diagnose and determined that was simply an ignition coil, which cost $143 to replace. BMW of El Paso are a bunch of crooks.

Provided by YPmobileI just moved to the area and my 750li showed a transmission fail safe and my vehicle refused to accelerate. After speaking to the local bmw dealership and getting the worst customer service imaginable not to mention an outrageous quote on a new transmission that they insisted I had to have. I read a few reviews in here and headed to maroni's. First thing first I explained my problem on the phone and received an estimate based on my description. Came in the next day and out comes maroni himself this guy is very personable and extremely knowledgable. He explained what he thought the problem was and made sure I knew what he meant and went to work on the issue immediately. I picked up my vehicle a few days later and he explained what he had done and said he suspected another issue as the culprit and to bring it back if the light shows again. Unfortunately a few days later it showed again so I bought it back he went back to work on it. The guys in this shop know their stuff they kept In touch and researched the issue in depth the two days later they called and told me "I got it" turns out it was an issue that the dealership had no idea how to fix ordered the piece at no extra charge my car now drives like day one. This is where you want to be if you have an import I wont let anyone else service my vehicle from now on.

Provided by YP.comI don't trust many mechanics or auto body shops. Especially, the local Audi dealer. This place was recommended to my by Bob's Big Boy's Toys and since they don't work on Audi, I gave Moroni's a try. Moroni's employs people with good customer service skills and their prices are quite reasonable. They relieved me of my squeaky brake problem that I have been suffering through for almost 6 months. Moroni's is Military friendly as well.

Provided by YP.comI highly recommend Moroni's. Roy was extremely helpful when I took in my 525i because the service engine light was on. The staff went above and beyond my expectations to repair my car. Roy was in constant communication with me and explained everything that needed to be done. They truly care about their customers. I will not be returning to the dealership after the excellent service I received!

Provided by YPmobileI took my bmw 750i for a full service brake job and oil change . As I was there I noticed they also had a body shop. I asked for a quote & if I could have a sneak peak of their work, which I was very amazed by! A week later my car had been fully serviced & got custom painted. On top of that my car had also been professionally detailed! Great work let me say, they know what they are doing! Very impressed & all in one place!!!

Provided by YPmobileHad been having problems with my 530i and every time I took it to the dealership, it was something different, guess they couldn't figure it out so decided to make me their personal atm! So I was told about Moroni by some co-workers & decided to check him out! Best move ever!!!... Receptionist was very friendly, believe her name was Jennifer, I asked for a quote which seemed reasonable & I didn't feel like an ATM!!! Moroni figured out every problem my vehicle had, fixed it & my service lights have not lit up since then! I'm a happy camper!!!

Provided by YPmobileI was referred by a friend to MORONI'S BMW... And let me tell you ..the guy knows what he's doing . I am amazed how fast and professional they work.. They were very reasonable on the price than Dealership price. Not only do they fix and service cars but they paint and detail cars.! The size of the shop and work he has at the shop speaks for it's self. I was very impressed ...

Provided by YP.comI own a 2006 &-series and the several reasons love this place is first of all, Moroni is extremely honest and he explains what's broken and why it's broken and what can be done to fix it. And additionally his prices are a lot cheaper than BMW of El Paso and Moroni treats you like a friend that he's known for years instead of a number that BMW of El Paso has done to me in the past. With the exception of Mike that works up front. They have a customer for life. Great job Moroni's BMW Specialist

Provided by YP.comHighly recommend them for repairs on any car. I own a 525i BMW. My car would not start had to jump start it. Drove it straight to dealer thinking they would be able to help me out. Well guess again. They gave me some story and told me they were extremely busy. I thanked them drove straight to Moroni's had a choice to charge up battery or buy a new one which will last me another 6years. I bought a new battery.
They got the battery installed it and had it ready for me while I waited.
This has been the best experience I have had with any service department. I am truly a satisfied customer and would recommend them to anyone who has a BMW or any import car.
Thanks Guys you made my day. Friendy people great price.

Provided by YPmobileMoroni is friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward. I have a 2004 BMW 525i that I have taken there 3 times for an oil change, o2 sensor replacement and having my sensors reset and he has cut me a deal every time. His mechanics have even shown me how to reset the sensors that don't require a mechanic. The only shop I trust with my car.
