Mountain Vista was wonderful to work with! I'm in the Army, so when I arrived in El Paso, I was living in a hotel. Mike Santamaria showed me 2 models which were available. There was a little bit that needed to be worked on to finish the house. Mike put me in a "loaner" house rent free while my house was being finished. That is the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced!

Mountain Vista has been extremely quick to respond to me during the first 8 months I have owned my home whenever repairs or issues come up. My schedule is crazy. So I have found myself having to send emails late at night, wee hours of the morning, or on weekends. But to my amazement, Patty and Rosie have both responded to me immediately when I emailed them during these non-business hours! They are amazing! Great customer service to go along with my beautiful home!

I have been in my house for 4 months and I love it. Patty has been very helpful when repairs have come up. The house is very well built. We've only had a couple of issues which were repaired within just a couple of days of me reporting them. I am extremely pleased with Mountain Vista. They are very attentive to my needs, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Our house is Wonderful...It's holding up to 4 kids and 2 dogs! We have been in our house a year now, but remembering back, the employees at Mountain Vista were fabulous. My husband was on the east coast at the time of our closing. So I had to take care of all the closing myself. I had never had to do this without my husband with me befolre. But Mountain Vista made the process go very smoothly. The foreman was incredible, and got all the loose ends with the contractors tied up. It was a wonderful buying and closing experience. I am so glad we chose Mountain Vista homes!

I chose Mountain Vista because of their quality and beautiful designs. I love the model I selected. It has beautiful cathedral ceilings and a spacious, open kitchen. I love it! And the office staff is great to work with as well.

They have been great to work with, especially Patty. She's very nice, and on top of things. The house is very well constructed. Only a few issues have come up, which were fixed the very next day after we reported them! We couldn't be happier!

The interaction with the contractors was very good. They were courteous and polite. I have no complains. I am happy with the outcome. When I called them, they were right there to assist me.

Love! This builder! My new home is beautiful and well made! Spacious rooms and no conners is a great design concept. The management was very attentive and professional. I have recommended this builder to all! Thanks for giving my family a HOME!
