They are so unprofessional. They just a bunch of Mexican Hill bellies. The place very Nast and always smells the food they are eating.

Receptionist is so rude! & they really don't have a good verity of frames! Never again!!!!!!!!

Worst service ever. When I called the dr. Answered & told me to call another ph#. The girl that answers seems slow & very young we went over insurance info. Etc. When I arrived the young girl again told me to go next door to the optical store, no customer service what so ever! The lady at the optical store dose not speak a word of English! Had her 13 year old daughter translate. They couldn't figure out anything in the computer, they leave the office & come back with the other incompetent girl to tell "their" system is being blocked from the ins company & can't see me. That they've had other & turned them away too. Had no courtesy to call ahead of time to cancel any appointment. Wasted my time from work. And it was convenient that those standing behind had Medicaid. BAD Sustomer Service! NO English Speaking!! Worst Place.... Save Your time & money. I called my insurance company & complained to have provider removed!
