Hello. Being a mother of a son with autism, I was interested in working with Pacific Child & Family Associates to better help him and maybe find a treatment. My sister-in-law recommended this facility after hearing wonderful reviews. Unfortunately I had a very terrible experience with one of your Direct Service Providers at the location: 9900 Montana Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79925. The name of the Direct Service Provider was Julia Antenucci. She was very unprofessional and carried a rude demeanor. I did not appreciate her carelessness toward addressing my concerns about my son. She was not helpful with answering my questions and she was bold enough to tell me to look somewhere else for care. I felt very embarrassed and hurt that day considering how Pacific Child specializes in helping children like my son who are struggling everyday. I will be going elsewhere for help because of the ill-mannered employee. PCFA, please take this e-mail into consideration before hiring inexperienced individuals. I will be sharing my story with others as well so they can beware of that discourteous woman.
