I had a recommendation from a friend for this company. I decided to give it a try because our taxes are difficult. At first glance, it seemed like we would be happy with the services provided. Unfortunately, our taxes were not done correctly. We were promised one amount and received a different amount because of their negligence. After numerous times talking with them regarding our taxes, they still got it wrong. Plain and simple, Ms. Payan failed to input our information correctly. She blamed us for not telling her specifically that we did not pay something, WHEN we had it documented that we did not pay it. Ms. Payan just called my wife, calling her a bad person, which not the case at all, and she was mad at the person that recommended her to us. Payan also said,"I was going to take my grandkids to my wife's business, but now she won't because we are all about the money." AND...After ALL the information we gave her, tax document after tax document, she still didn't know my wife's name and insisted we gave her a wrong name. I mean...I can't make this stuff up! Worst tax experience we have ever had. How dare she call and verbally assault my wife because of her mistake.
