Chicken is good but I extremely upset at the customer service on the drive through. I placed my order and the girl who attended me did not listen at all and placed order incorrectly. Didn't even care to use active listening. The girl who atended me at drive through was there at about 2:20pm today. I told her I wanted the Sunday special, dark chicken not mixed at the beginning of the order. Then I told her I wanted coke. Then the girl staid quiet until I said hello again then she told me to wait then she told me I would have to wait 2min which I didn't mind waiting 2min more for my order. So I waited. My drink ended up being sweet tea, I let it pass. Then came my order. I got to work and found she gave me white meat instead of dark meat. I was extremely upset, I don't really like the white meat. Her job was simple. To just listens at the customers order and place it into a computer. She couldn't even do that right plus gave me the incorrect drink. And plus it wouldn't have killed her to put a smile on her face or greet the drive through customers with a smile. Overall she sucks at her job if she cannot stand and place an order correctly. Next time when I place a drive through order I'll make sure to say my order 5times just to make sure they get it correctly. Bad service at the Popeye's on n.Zaragoza st el paso tx.
