I totally agree with the custo...

I totally agree with the customer at any level these people suck on soo many levels and their shipper Lone Star Overnight (get rid of the overnight cause it's non existant)
If I could give negative star it would be - infinity.

I, too, have used this location before - just recently in fact - tried to send out a Fedex - regular overnight Fedex - was told by this location that the cost would be $43.00 - ARE YOU KIDDING!!! At the Fedex office the same thing is $22.10 - more than double the actual cost. These people should be retiring soon - making money hand over fist. Will definitely not be using them again. Might be convenient but the cost overrides the convenience.

be careful with these people

watch these people, I was given a refund from a carrier...and Postal Annex never contacted me. When I finally got the chance to go to them, it took Carmen (the owner) over an hour to hunt the info down. She told me on 2 times that she would call or email me with how much I was refunded. Im still waiting on those calls or emails. she offered to let me send another package since she already had my money...but I did not use the full total of what was refunded to me. So I went the other day to mail a package, to which of course no one knew what was going on I explained to the young man several times to get "ahhh I dont understand" I finally told him to call Carmen. who of course told me she would contact me...today I got a call FINALLY in which I was told I still had a balance on my refund of $9.70 she also told me to use this credit and never come back. some customer service...

just be careful, they are quick to get thier money but not so quick to give you your money back....Hmmmm

Since there are two sides to every story, I appreciate the opportunity to respond to this post. I am sorry that this customer was not satisfied with our service. There was another company involved in the delivery of the package, which detained the resolution of this issue. It is impossible for each employee to know all that is going on behind the scenes when I am working on a matter, which is why the employee mentioned did not know what this customer was referring to when she came into our store that day. This customer became irate and violent and proceeded to use foul and abusive language with the employees and in the presence of other customers. When the employee contacted me, I briefly explained the situation to him and told him I would call the customer the following day. When I did call this customer the next day, she admitted using foul language and continued to refer to the employee in the same foul and demeaning manner. At that time, I explained that I would mail a check to her for the amount she was owed and explained that it was unfair to my employees and customers to witness such outbursts and asked her to not return to our store in the future. I apologize to our customers and potential customers that have to read this post. However, I am confident that whoever visits our facility finds us to be friendly, efficient, and professional. Our store has a solid reputation in the community and we work hard to maintain that.

I just moved here from Florida...

I just moved here from Florida and i have been to this post office twice to get mail. I have medication that was suppose to be delivered and signed for. The postal sevice did not leave me a notification and my medicine was sitting at the post office for 10 days. I suggest you hire more qualified employees from now on.
