I did not purchase nor receive service from this business: but I can tell you they are extremely rude, inconsiderate and unethical. On Valentines Day 2014 my package was accidentally delivered to this address. The correct address is within walking distance and a few buildings down. Fondren, the owner of the company signed for a package that was not addressed to her company name and was addressed to a person who does not work there.

When UPS realized they made a mistake and went back to the location; my perishable items were eaten. I personally called Fondren myself and she was extremely rude and said to me " yea I opened the box and ate them so what". For being a business owner; I did not expect this kind of behavior. She was extremely rude and hung up on me. I am giving this place a bad review because of their unethical behavior. Not only is it unethical; it is illegal to open a package that does not belong to them. At this point; it is not about the gift itself; it is about the principle.It is morally wrong to keep something that is not theirs. That is called theft!
