Seems they may have read John C's comment and have taken some corrective action. I have gone twice in the last couple of months and have had fairly accurate time estimates given to me as soon as I get out of my car. Friendly service has been my experience.

I went in for an inspection, they didn't say how much or how long it would take. So I'm there not knowing, after 20 mins of just sitting there not signing anything or being told anything I asked. The guy said 15 mins and it took over 75. He left my truck running for 30 mins then realized his computer was not hooked up mad then why I asked why it was taking so long he just gave me a dirty look and another employee had to answer for him. I will never go back and suggest going somewhere else. The only thing that prontolube has is a good location
