I went the Quality Inn & Suites located on 6185 S Desert Blvd. El Paso, TX 79932 to pick up some clothing items left behind from my daughters stay.

When I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed a silver Chrysler 300 parked in the Handicap parking without any placards or handicap plates. When I asked the girls at the front desk if they knew who car was parked in the handicap without proper designation, they both said they didn’t know. However, when I said I would report it and take pictures and walked out a man claiming to work their wearing a Quality Inn & Suite black shit came out and became very confrontational with me. When I asked if he had a handicap placard to display. He said he was only there for a couple minutes unloading vacuums and it wasn’t a big deal. I told him I was a Disabled Veteran and I see this all the time where people don’t think it’s a big deal and only think about themselves.

At that time, I told him I was taking pictures of his car and he got in and sped away quickly. He went back into the hotel but came back out right after. This happened several times as he walked back and forth in front of my truck while I sat in it, calling me names and using profanity.

After a few times of him doing this I walked back into the hotel to ask about contact information for the GM and was given the name Zenaida and told she would be in tomorrow.

The next day I spoke with the GM Zenaida and she was very dismissive toward me and felt that her employee was okay because he has a handicap placard just not with him at that time. I explained that the placard was not the issue it was the actions after the fact that I was concerned about and if she was going to condone that behavior and justify his action by saying he had a placard just not with him then she completely missed the point and no one should anyone stay there in the future if she is okay with that behavior from an employee what else might they condone during anyone else’s stay there.
