Horrible place.wish i could give it zero stars..

My husband and i went in for a pedicure on June 12 in El Paso for graduation from San Antonio, we went there cuz it was close to his parents.. The young man who did my pedi was polite, he did an okay job not the best but not the worst either... The lady who did my husbands was rude, she left his toe nails crooked and spent a total of maybe 8 minutes and thats pushing it!! Didn't "cheese grate" them as my husband calls it ���� she was just horrible... clearly my husband was not happy and he showed it, he always showes it no matter where he is, he doesn't care... So he spoke with someone, it was a man, im assuming the owner/manager.. He told him he wasn't happy, that his nails were crooked, tbat the lady didn't even scrub the bottom of his feet, that she acted like she was in a hurry and that hes had pedicures before and they always do a good job (the place we go to in SA) and he wasn't satisfied with her service.. The man told him that if he likes the other place better than he should have gone there!!! Just really rude!! Im not sure what was said after that i was still getting my pedi, yeah my 45 minutes to his less than 8 minutes.. now i do realize that women get their nails painted nd that takes extra time but we started at exactly the same time and i still hadn't even started painting nails..

Bottom line, i will NEVER go there again, I would NOT recommend going there unless you like rude people.. go somewhere else as the rude man suggested

Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The person that did my nails has no sense of symmetry and left my nails uneven and I had to file them on my own to fix them. PLUS she painted them carelessly not even going all the way to my cuticle and doing the glitter coat horribly, some parts of my nails don't have any glitter on them. This was just yesterday... and my nails look like I've had them for 2 weeks already. If you DO go there, make sure and inspect your nails right away and confront them about it because they're ripping people off and doing a crappy job. Also, don't expect them to tell you when your nails are dry... they let you sit there forever until YOU decide to get up and leave.

I always have a great experience when I come here. They attend to me quick, I never had the experience of waiting extremely long. I am sure because I always come around 11 am. I have Tiffany, she is my favorite and she always tries to multitask. I've been coming here for a few years and never had any problems. There are days where they are slow enough to have one person doing my nails and another doing my toes at the same time. I truly love this place ; )

Got a spa pedi and full set. First off I was there 2.5hrs!! They are unorganized and under staffed. I got mountain style nails, which are not at all correct or evenly filed they look horrible. The lady who did them was so rough that I thought my nails were on fire!!! Then I got shuffled off to another person who "painted" them. They stop way before my cuticle which they charged me an extra $5 to trim, and he didn't even go all the way to the sides!! Then he just got up, had to sit there and let them air dry!!!! No fan, no uv no anything! !! I get home and no a rash is appearing where I had the "spa" pedi!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This place is understaffed. You'll be waiting 30 minutes just for an eyebrow wax which is why I went. They only have 3 personnel working and out of the three, 2 females are certified to do eyebrows. Since they were all busy, the old lady decided to do my eyebrows. She messed up one of my eyebrows by waxing too much on one side. After that, I politely asked that I would like some one else to do it. I waited 30 minutes until I decided to get up and leave. On top of that, the old lady had the nerve to grab my arm and stop me from leaving the salon.

Good location but unfortunately poor service. I got my nails filled and they did a horrific job to where my friends taught I had not filled them in a week the next day. Then they were rude and unhelpful when I tried to talk to them. Overpriced, rude, and do a horrible job! Take your business elsewhere!!
