RAB Search specializes in working with bilingual professionals in general manufacturing. Because of our location, we work primarily in the manufacturing, maquiladora (twin plants), and service industries for the region. Many of these businesses have grown through the NAFTA agreement, providing supplies, materials, transportation, and customs brokerage services to the maquilas and surrounding manufacturing operations. These include automotive suppliers, consumer goods, medical devices/disposables, plastic injection molding, stamping, and most recently, the high tech electronics industry. Much of our client base has implemented the most current of manufacturing systems: World Class manufacturing, Cell manufacturing, Demand Flow Technologies, applications such as QAD, JD Edwards, Oracle; use various platforms varying from AS400, Unix, NT, WAN’s with international voice and data networks, ISO 9000 and QSR 9000; just to name a few. We work in the traditional manufacturing disciplines such as quality, production, materials, purchasing, engineering, etc., but also are strong in accounting, MIS, and sales and marketing.
