Provided by YP.comI had to move a heavy desk and boxes of books. They were very professional and patient even though my boxes were scattered between the main part of the house and the lower basement. When Grandpa got angry cause I had his lumber moved out of my living room they were very helpful to me. I have alot of gratitude for stepping in during a crisis.

Provided by YP.comThe service I received was all around exceptional! The gentleman scheduling the move was professional and polite and was able to quickly and easily work around an unforeseen scheduling conflict successfully. The actual movers were pleasant, professional, and very hard working. They didn't damage a single thing, even when maneuvering my furniture into a tight multi story building. Couldn't be happier!

Provided by YP.comMe and my family members have used Ramon's for nearly 15 years. We have used them for small rearranging furniture in the house jobs to moving homes. The furniture I speak of includes antiques and the finest made American furniture and even a baby grand piano. The homes have included historical homes with beautiful wooden floors. Ramon's has handed each piece with love and care. And the houses were left unscathed. Not only that the crews have worked for Ramon's for years and will know you and understand your family and it's things. Give them the highest marks. Oh and by the way, they are as seeet as can be. When we had move furniture because a family member they knew from previous jobs had died they mourned with as they moved the pieces out of the much beloved home.

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I hired Ramon's to move six pieces of furniture: a refrigerator, our washer and dryer, a large bookshelf, a chest of drawers and a pizza oven. We described each piece of furniture and its location in our house to Ramon's before we hired them for the move.
Upon arriving, Ramon's immediately refused to move the pizza oven and tried to talk their way out of moving the refrigerator. Their driver blamed us for not letting them know what we had hired them to move.
Ramon's workers tried moving the large bookshelf by dragging it across our wooden floors. Their efforts left deep scratches in the floor before we were able to stop them. We had to supervise the entire move to have any hope of avoiding more damage to our home and property. They still managed to scratch the chest of drawers and crack its glass countertop.
The real damage showed up after their crew left. In moving the refrigerator and washing machine, Ramon's crew damaged the house's plumbing to the tune of a $220 dollar bill from the plumber. And our always reliable washing machine started leaking like a sieve after Ramon's crew was finished with it. After I buy a new one to replace it, I'll have spent six or seven hundred dollars cleaning up the damage left by Ramon's Transfer.
The management at Ramon's Transfer has since gone to great lengths to live up to the company name, transferring blame and responsibility everywhere except where it belongs. With them.
