I've been coming to Dr Chavez office since 2009 because of the consistent good service professional demeanor and value

I'm always very comfortable coming here. The dentist and staff are so nice and comforting. .

I consulted with Dr. Chavez to discuss restoration of teeth #6, 7, 18, and 19. The consultation went well and I was told his office manager would give me an estimate of costs. I then proceeded to her desk where she showed me an invoice that totaled well over $6,000. She told me not to worry about the charges, I could make payments through Care Credit. When I asked her for a copy of the estimate, she refused and stated that it was their policy not to release estimates, but she would write the charges down. I asked her again for a copy of the estimate and explained that I wanted to review the charges in the privacy of my home with my family. She again refused and told me the estimates where just that estimates, and they did not release copies of those to anyone outside the office.



HOW CAN ANYONE MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION ON SOMETHING AS EXPENSIVE AS TEETH RESTORATION BASED ON A QUICK THREE SECOND LOOK AT AN INVOICE, ALL THIS WHILE SOMEONE IS TRYING TO STRONG ARM YOU INTO SIGNING A CREDIT APPLICATION?
