clerk was rude..had appointment at 9.40am ..at 11.30am finally got to see the doctor.. just terrible

Clerk was very rude. I don't be going or taking my family there again

The staff are uninformed. One told me one thing, another told me another. After 4 1/2 weeks of waiting-to see if another doctor--in the same practice--would see me, I was told that that there is no way of knowing when the doctor will review my chart. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE.

We got seen very quickly by the doctor. The treatment he gave me worked quickly and I felt better soon enough. Thanks Rio Grande Urology!

Dr. Davalos and the whole staff has been great! They've all been such a help to me! I am so grateful for them and for this clinic.

Working with DR. Taber has been wonderful. He's a great doctor. The results I'm getting from being with him are very satisfying. I can't imagine having a better doctor who could provide me with these results.

We had to wait over 3 hours to see a doctor one of the patients got to the office an hour later and she went in first. You can tell by the doctor that he knew her so he pass her first while we wait it over 3 hours just to get results. We were right next to the office of the doctor and he was just talking to patiences about personal stuff. I won't never come back again.

Over the years, I have had to visit many urologists. When I moved back to El Paso, I was blessed to find Rio Grande Urology. I've never experienced a better urology! The staff and doctors are excellent and the most caring I have worked with. I would greatly recommend Rio Grande's services.

Rio Grande has the best staff! They are very organized and professional but still warm and gentle. They greatly improved my symptoms.

The staff at Rio Grande is exceptional. So I have absolutely no complaints. Everyone is so positive and happy, and Dr. Sebesta is the best!

My complicated urology problems have been a thorn in my side for many years. All the while, Dr. Vogelwede has been treating these problems with the utmost care. I always recommend his help to others.

I had to wait over a hour for my daughter to be seen by dr. Latiff. Don't make appts back to back so that your patients are left waiting forever.

When I visit Dr. Tabor I wait less than 15 minutes to see him. They are very efficient in their scheduling. Dr. Tabor is excellent. I love him. He's always thorough, takes his time, and explains everything. I'm also very comfortable there.

We only waited about 15 minutes to be seen by Dr. Speer. He's wonderful! Thorough, listens to the patient, treated my mother with respect. Excellent!

I give Dr. Barry a 10! Always 100% satisfied. Outstanding service there, very responsive to your needs.
