Any business that will not give you the price before they come out is almost always over priced. They wanted to to charge a $40 after hours fees and then give me the price. I asked for the price to clean a line up to 100 feet with no access point. I guarantee you that they have a set price for that, but instead they want to either charge you or have you wait all day for them and almost be locked in to having to use them during regular hours. I guess it would be ok if you dont mind paying the highest price in town.

Roto-Rooter solved the problem quickly and efficiently. I had a toilet that kept getting clogged. I called Roto-Rooter, they came out to my home and found out what the problem was. Replaced my toilet and even put caulking that had already cracked. They cleaned up after themselves too. The plumber was very courteous and even provided tips on how to prevent future clogs. This was by far the best service I have had done in my home. So glad I called Roto-Rooter first. I saw their ad in the yellow pages.
