I have an old roto-tiller and needed parts to get it running again. Tony Rios knows his business and had what I needed in-stock. Yesterday was not my first visit to this establishment, a year or so ago I had the same experience. He had what I needed when I needed it.

I think his repair shop should run smoothly, though I have never used it, for if he has the parts on hand, there should be little or no delay in getting repairs done. Next time, I'll take my small engine repair needs to him. Having a small farm, I always have need for small engine work and really don't enjoy doing that kind of work myself.

One more thing. Have you ever been at a service counter and the serviceman answers the phone, making you wait? Aggravating, no? Well, I just called for another part. Tony told me he had two customers waiting in his establishment and asked if I would mind calling him back in ten minutes. That was impressive! Of course, I can relax for ten minutes and call him back.
