Dealing with this department has been a nightmare. The people in the front are so rude and don't have their facts together. I got a ticket on October 2015 I lost the ticket so when I went in to take care of it it never showed in the system that is until it turned into a warrant. Very convenient to them all they want was more money so I go to take care of that and they wouldn't let me pay they said they had to arrest me first. Finally the young man takes the money 6 months later being today September 2016 I get a note on my front door that my warrant is active and I must turn my self in I have my receipt and bank statement but my complaint is they had no problem taking the money even tho they gave me a hard time my bank account cleared that same day yet they don't take the time to remove me off their system! This is very very unprofessional and now I have to wait for them to remove me hoping they won't come arrest me for something I took care of 6 months ago it has been a nightmare!!
