I worked for this company and its one of the worst forklifting jobs ever. the only thing that's good is if u have no kids and no family then its a job for you. this company will give you a set schedule but an hour before your shift ends a supervisor by the name of ruben who works for yazaki will tell you that you will work an extra 4 to 6 hours longer then what your scheduled shift is. he wont even ask if its ok or ask if u can work extra hours that day. he makes it clear that u have to work. he has no conscience or a care if u have family to go to. there is one lunch break. you get no other breaks. a daily normal shift is 12 to 16 hours. ruben only gives one lunch break. if u decide to leave as your scheduled says u can he will find any way or any excuse to get rid of you. this company practices unfair labor. I am so surprised this company has not been cited for the way they treat the employees. rubens word of advice is you fire yourself. actually he does the firing. he also says he will give you a bag of chips and a soda to send you on your way. this company has harsh labor. the correct authorities should be notified and this company should be investigated. please better business bureau or any other company please investigate the wrong doing of this company.
