Provided by YP.comI've used several kennels and grooming services in El Paso, TX. Spas for Paws is by far the most friendly, cleanest, and the best service. The grooming needs to be told exactly how you want it, but your pet will smell GREAT for several weeks after the grooming and look good too. My pets seem to enjoy the kennel, and I've never had any problems with their treatment of animals. The workers remember you by name and seem to enjoy their job a lot. This is the best place to get your pet groomed or kenneled in the El Paso area.

Provided by YPmobileI left my two pitbulls here for 13days so I could go on emergency leave and when I came back they both had raw feet my male worse than my female he had sores under his chin from who know what and his snout was rubbed raw from nose to chin no fur no whiskers nothing just skin on top of that I left an almost empty bag of food with another full unopened one when I came n picked them up it looked like they just opened the bag to make it look like they were feeding them I'm highly disappointed and am going to file a formal complaint
We are sorry that you did not have a good experience with us. We have entirely new staff here at the Spa. Sometimes dogs (especially energetic breeds like pit bulls) tend to rub their noses on the doors of their kennels. They also like to scratch or paw roughly against the kennels doors when other dogs pass by. We do much better at preventing these types of injuries now. Your second bag of food probably wasn't used much because many dogs don't eat well during boarding. Especially if they are stressed, as yours appear to have been. We are still sorry that you feel your pups were not taken care of.

Provided by YP.comWe have always been very satisified with the professionalism and service we have received here. We have our dog groomed regularly here and she always comes out looking fantastic! I highly recommend this facility.

Provided by YP.comWhatever you do don't get your dog groomed here. They shaved my schnauzer after being boarded because she supposedly was matted. She went in beautiful and came out with a terrible haircut. This was without letting me know first that they were going to shave her. All I was offered was another haircut, why would I let them touch my dog's hair again?
We are very sorry about that. Whoever groomed your dog at the time no longer works here, but you should have been called prior to the dog being shaved. Dogs often get matted during boarding, so I can believe that, however, there was no reason not to call you. We are sorry about that and we are sorry that we lost you as a customer.

Provided by YP.comI took my dog there and when I picked him up he had ticks !!! I was so upset just had hin dipped and my yard done !
While we spray for fleas and ticks on a regular basis, we cannot prevent the occasional bug. We encourage all owners to have their pets on a flea and tick preventative before boarding, especially during the summer months.

Provided by YP.comWe left our dogs for a week and when we got back both couldn't wait to leave. They had both lost weight which was very noticeable. I would swear that they didn’t feed them.
Dogs often don't eat well when they are being boarded, especially if it is their first time or near the holidays, when it can be very loud back there. They are ALWAYS excited to see their owners and go home. We are sorry that your dog lost weight, but I doubt it was because they were not offered food.

Provided by YP.comThe people at Spa for Paw's are absolutely fantastic. They are like a family and love my dog like their own. They went out of their way to pamper my dog who was old, sick and nervous. They call me to let me know he was doing ok and taking his medication.
Other places treat me like I am just a number. Spa for Paws will meet all your needs. Their groomer is so gentle and made old "Duke" look great.....
Happy Happy Customer for Life..........
