Provided by YP.comOkay 1st off the every time I had a problem with anything I would call no answer all the time I asked so many times for them to fix my toilet seat And thy never even fixed it not even when I left these apartment so our seat was completely off horrible and another thing right by our apartment was the fire room where they kept all the maintenance stuff for that and all day all night there was a beeping sound horrible would always call and once again NO ANSWER or they would say will fix and nope NEVER DID horrible would I recommend these apartments hell no... moves out 4 months ago yet have not received any word on my deposit money not a good thing I've called several times and no answer back... but no please don't move there

Provided by YP.comBe careful!!! this people will treat you very well just for you to sign a contract, after that you'll never see them again. Specially if you need their help. The construction is nice but cheap, so if you have kids, good luck because anything they touch will fall down. No one answers the phone and it will take a while for you to get help when need it. If you leave OMG it will take for ever to get your deposit back, if they return something. Marissa Barrasa (supervisor) she is so rude & wont help you at all, if you want to live in peace run from this place!!!

Provided by YP.comApartments are brand new but were built with cheap materials, and it shows. I moved into a brand new unit and the new appliances were already breaking. The complex is right on Lee Trevino and you can hear the traffic all night. Our neighbors had issues with vandalism of their property and kids from the low-income complex next-door using OUR pool, jungle gym, and throwing rocks at cars. I saw cops coming to do incident reports on several occasions.
However, those are not my biggest complaints. The management/office staff here is literally NON-EXISTENT! I think there is only one lady to begin with, and she couldn't care less about your satisfaction. Forget about trying to reach anyone at the office. Forget about putting in a maintenance request and getting a response -- even when you go so far as to leave a message on their "emergency maintenance" messaging service. They literally avoid you and take WEEKS (not exaggerating) to get back to you, and are very unapologetic. The only time you can get anything done is if you call the LEDIC company until they answer their phone. I am moving out as soon as my lease is up and never looking back!
