So I went in to see my usual stylist Alyssa who has always done my hair well but this time was definitely the worst hair experience ever !
Ive been blonde the past 3 years never planned on going back I asked this girl for a shadow root & she gave me ugly choppy grey and brown hair to top it off I made her redo it the first time cause there was no way I was paying for the first outcome which was literally orange hair then to top it off I was there from 12-6 I was still not happy with the outcome but no longer wanted to be there she charged me $85 for this which I paid for even though I was NOT HAPPY then tells me to msg her so she can fix it and then tells me that she's going to charge me again which is ridiculous! when I wasnt happy with what she gave me in the first place this girl stole me of my money and made my hair brown! I am extremely disappointed! I spoke with the owner Richard which he ended up doing my hair again for free , kind of was a little rude because Im sure noone likes to work for free however I was more satisfied with his work then her sloppy choppy brown/orange/grey/blonde work. I will no longer be coming here nor do I recommend this girl to anyone who wants blonde hair.

Melissa did a good job highlighting my daughters hair but when it comes to inbred like the one she did for me well it was just awful and at 190.00 was the second worse hair experience my hair is down past my waist and all I have is hair that is a little lighter than the top of my head dull toned and much thinner. I'm sure she torn a lot out after teasing the heck out of it for no reason since my hair is long it was just easy to do it without damaging my hair so badly. I even showed her chole katdashian hair mine looks nothing like it one of the girls that helps at the salon even offered to curl it to help it look better she even took a before picture thinking it would look great after well she never took the after picture wonder why. I'm never going there again.

Moved into town looking for a new hair stylist. Ask for Samantha she did a great job with my color and great customer service. Over all best experience.

Wanted to look fabulous, still look like a hippie. Was told to come in at 1, arrived at 12:30. Offered water, but not acknowledged for 2 hours after that. Ended up leaving at 2:30. will not be going back. First experience was a bust. And definitely will not recommend.
