My children's experience was horrible. The office staff were very rude and the staff who directly work with the children have no respect for children. My oldest child explained the Star Kids staff mistreated my middle child who has autism and were very rude during her check-up. After my children received dental work with Star Kids my children started having problems with their teeth. When I called Star Kids regarding a broken spacer of one of my children the office staff were very rude and made it impossible to schedule an emergency appointment. I had to take one of my children to another dentist to correct and fix the spacer. The other children had to see another dentist in less than five months since Star Kids forgot to do nerve treatments on my children's teeth before putting crowns. It has been a horrible experience with Star Kids. My children are now afraid to go to any dentist due to the negative experience they had received by Star Kids.
