My mother has been a resident at Sunridge at Desert Springs for 1 1/2 years now. The care is almost beyond belief! The staff is well trained, compassionate, and hard working. They truly care about my mother. She is always greeted by name and receives the most gentle, kind, and comprehensive treatment. The staff is cheerful, smiling, and happy. That really sets the tone. They are on top of every situation and every detail. All of the staff works as a smooth team. The meals are delicious! I eat lunch with my mom at least once a week. There are activities every day for the residents and they have lots of variety. The holiday parties are fun! If I need help with my mother or if I have a concern, all I have to do is express it. The response is immediate. My mother is very happy there. There is also a family council that meets monthly to bring any concerns or ideas we may have to administration. It is a good working relationship and we are listened to. The building is going to have three phases of upgrades/renovations beginning soon. It is a very exciting time to be there!

My late father was a resident of Desert Springs for a month. The facility places all their resources simply on making the place look nice but they DO NOT take care of their patients. The facility and personnel are completely incompetent. They would not even look in on my Dad nor would they change him. We had to hire outside help to look after my Dad while he was there. This place was supposed to be "the place" for Alzheimers patients - Bah Humbug! I wouldn't wish anyone to go through what we had to go through with this facility. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!
