Awesome store. Ask for Cristian he will take care of everything T-Mobile! Switched over from my old carrier and everything had been amazing with
T-Mobile. I always visit Cristian for help! Awesome store!

As other customers have indicated on other reviews, this store is run by lazy, rude and inconsiderate young kids, which ultimately reflects on the manager. Unless he himself is a young kid.

I purchased a phone on a Friday. The following day on Saturday, I went by the store as I was having problems with my phone routing all locally dialed calls to New York. I had to dial the 915 area code to get my locally dialed calls to go through. I arrived at the store at 5 minutes past eight, the lights were still on and two young customer service reps were helping two other patrons in the store. The store has very large clear glass windows, visibility is unobscured and clear. I didn't realize the store closes at eight, but I learned that as the front doors were locked. No problem, I returned to my car, but as I am doing so, I can see the service reps and the two remaining patrons looking over my way and laughing and mouthing something, as if it was funny that the doors were locked and would not open and walked back to my car disappointed.



This only underscored my experience the day before, where the young reps were inconsiderate and ill prepared to address my requests; and when forced to do so, they do so clearly exasperated and with the worst customer service attitude.



I'm taking back the phone I purchased yesterday. I'll eat the service/restocking fee. I'll cancel with T-Mobile.



I'll go back to Verizon.



Don't bother with this store.

Go elsewhere.
