Horrible! Wait times are longer than I have experienced at any other location. The employees are not helpful in getting you through the lines. It is a public department that should serve but their service is below satisfactory.

Terrible customer service skills. The woman in charge of provisional permits for teenagers in a driver Ed class there needs to be taught how to be efficient and customer service oriented. Someone please!!!!!!
