“Never disappointed when I stop at cake boutique’s. We’ve got birthday cakes, cupcakes, cookies and novelty cakes there over the years, it’s all fresh and delicious. The employees are friendly and helpful and the prices are very reasonable.

Don't even bother going to this place for cupcakes or cakes. They are not made fresh everyday, we bought 3 cupcakes and all of them were so hard and tasteless! And to top it off expensive! Not worth your money, trust me!!! So disappointed!!!

I will never go to this place again!! Cupcakes are not made fresh daily, they were old and hard, tasteless, and just awful. Prices are ridiculous! Not recommending this place at all.

WORST PRODUCT AND SERVICE EVER!! I am a former cake designer and am currently an events coordinator so I think I have a pretty good idea on what to expect. First the cake that I received was nothing like the pic I gave. Either the decorator is color blind or just didn't care. When I saw the cake i was so horrified especially because it was a day before my event. I wanted to cry. I decided I would just return the cake and by cupcakes from Walmart. Yes Walmart can do a better job than this place! Not only did the lady insist it was exactly like the pic, but she was extremely rude and refused to give me my $100 back for a horrible job on a 20 person cake. This was a simple cake if done right but this person just has no clue what they are doing. Because they refused to give my money back i figured fine just accept it. My 7yr old son (birthday boy) commented "not the best cake I've seen." Talk about a punch in the gut. Not only did it look awful but it tasted horrible the cake was dense and just tasted nasty! Even a 7yr old could see how crappy it was. I will tell all my clients to never use this place.

I was looking for a cake for my boyfriend and I sent an e—mail to this bakery. I gave the basic information because I kind of was on a hurry. The only answer I got from them was "how many people?" I answered back but never got anything else although i sent them multiple e—mails. What do they even have an e—mail if they won't answer back? They don't really care. Plus, the only e—mail i got from these guys was rude and sounded like they were making me a favor by answering me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. DO not even try to contact them because they may not answer to you as they did with me.

This place does not know how to do business. We ordered food from them for a baby shower. It was over an hour late for the pick up time we had decided upon. The food got there after the guests. Then the food was not as it had been decided upon. Some of the cupcakes were missing decorations and the cake topper we had gotten was the same way. They offered only a few free macaroons as a sorry. I will never use this business again and I will tell everyone I now not to.

After an extensive search of the city for not only a visually pleasing cake but also wanting a tasty and moist cake, I came upon The Cake Boutique. I met with the owner and had a very good experience with her. She made me feel like she was going to do the best job for me and believe me, she delivered. Not only was the cake a beautiful work of art, but the cake itself was the best i have ever tasted. The owner also delivered the cake herself AND called afterwards to find out if we were satisfied with her work. Now that is a rarity. I would be remiss if i didnt mention that the price for the cake was the most competitively priced in town for a cake that fed over 200 people. I would HIGHLY recommend The Cake Boutique to everyone who loves made from scratch, moist and beautiful cakes. You will not regret it.

Do not go here. The service was unbelievably horrible. We placed an order, went to pick it up at the scheduled time and they said they didn't have the ingredients and didn't have time to make it. we asked to speak to someone else and they didn't even apologize or offer any other available dessert we could get. So rude, no accountability for providing a reliable service. Zero chance I go back or refer anyone there.

I absolutely love their cupcakes. I ordered a dozen for my wife's birthday and you would have thought I gave her diamonds. They were moist, delicious, and the flavor combos were impressive! I have started giving them out as thank you gifts! Try the Key Lime, it's ridiculous!

If I could have given zero stars I would have. This is the worst "bakery" in el paso. Their website is full of false advertisements...pictures of cakes stolen from other websites. This business is NOT a reputable one by any means. They don't have any professional or even experienced bakers/ decorators. I'm so embarrassed by te cake they made for me that I won't even be taking it to my sons birthday party. WORST business EVER!!

The CupCakes are great and unique! So that's the only reason why I give them 2 Stars they were good and moist the frosting was great but the workers are real snobby and think there all hot sh't they gave us ugly looks we have a nice car and are pretty classy

I don't know when we walked in no "Hello or Hi" we had to talk to them first.

Would I recommend coming here no.

They were horrible, I ordered the cake for a special occasion and I was so embarrassed by the finished product because I had high confidence they could do a good job. I had taken a picture of it and they didn't produce what I asked for. When i went to pick up the cake it was missing parts that we had requested we wanted on the cake. We believed the whole cake was edible and even the sales person assumed the same thing and even told us the whole cake was edible but we learned otherwise at the time of cutting the cake. The cake had foam as the bottom part of the cake, and then the cake began falling apart, melting, not a good tasting cake either. A really bad tasting created cake for a very expensive price we paid. And a total embarrassment for my family as it was a gift for another family member. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

DO NOT even ask about there services, it is a waste of time and money!!! If you want to be embarrassed showing up on a special occasion with a bad looking cake go ahead. But I would highly recommend you go somewhere else. We also ordered a cake with a picture that showed what we wanted, they said they could do it and guess what, it was a flop!!! First of all, it didn't look like the picture, they didn't even put it in a box, it flipped over before we even got home with it and it was melted, all the parts started falling off. More than half of the cake was not edible, we found that out when we cut into it, half of it was foam, can you believe that!!! . Waste of a lot of money!! Overpriced!!! They also offered a 10% discount for not doing what they said they would, it was still over 130. 00 after that. Not worth it at all, we were all very upset!!! Reported to Better Business Bureau.

VERY BAD...dried out cake and flavorless! Thumbs down for sure...pictures were given of what we wanted...and they produced something totally different oh but wait this gets better..they offered me a discout of 8%..i paid $120 for this cake ..a whopping $9 off for this horrible tasting cake! NEVER AGAIN

This place is the worst. I ordered a cake and they did not even make it. They seemed like they could care less that the cake was not done. The customer service is really bad. The cakes are grossly over priced. The fact they don't seem to have any customers speaks volumes. Learn from my mistake. Save your money and time. Stay away from this place. I only gave them one star because it would not let me give them zero stars.
