Picked up my cake and told them it was nothing like what we ordered. They called me a liar, cursed in front of my child, and did not want to fix it. They accused me of only wanting money when all I wanted was for them to fix it. My guest even found a hair, I was so embarrassed ! I will never return and will not recommend ! They messed up my daughters cake!

I'm looking for quotes on wedding cakes. The store looks nice and they cater to alot of childrens cakes. I ask for some help. She put down her phone and asked me what I needed. I do not speak spanish and I let her know. She continues attempting for me to talk in spanish. She looked at me fustrated. Then talks to me perfect English!! I tell her what I'm looking for. She gets some books out and continues her conversation that she is having on her cell phone. No additonal help. She has another customer walk in to pick up her cake. She pays, (she has her sleeping child in her arms) and asked the lady to help her carry her cake to the car. The woman looks at her like no and then says oh my back hurts. It wasn't even big. I offered my help took her cake that weighed less than 5 Ibs to her car. I left. That was the worst I've ever been treated looking for anything. They completely lost any potential business of mine.
