Provided by YP.comAwesome service! We had been without AC for 2 days, the guys came, checked it and ordered parts. They were here the following day to install them. Not only were they accommodating with our work schedules but the gentleman that came took the time to clean the entire unit and leave it like new! That was not part of the price but he did it anyway. Definetely recommend it!

I highly commend Mr. Jesus their supervisor, technical staff Mr. Molina, Mateo, & Sammy for an outstanding job done at my house & rental house. I'm glad I went with this company because they are extremely timely and professional with their job performance.

Provided by YPmobileMy unit was not working at home, called the company that worked on it before summer started. I left messages and my husband as well (still waiting for a call). We decided to call this company, they came out checked and fixed problem. Took two days to fix, but they were on time according to the window they gave me, polite, clean, and detailed. Price was good. The only thing, I asked a question and the young man was not sure and asked me to speak to the office person. I called her and She was not sure either and said she would call me back with an answer. Still haven't heard back! :(

Provided by YP.comThis is a great company that I was referred by a friend. Our heater went out on a Friday night and they were here Saturday morning ready to fix it. Victor was a great and I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and family!

Provided by YP.comTimes Ref. has exceeded my expectations!!!!! They have been amazing since the first time I contacted them in regards to upgrading from a swamp cooler to a refrigeration unit. The office staff is courteous and knowledgable and easy to talk to. I am very happy with the end results and the experience this company has to offer. The technicians were courteous and efficient and maintained a clean work environment throughout the whole process.

Provided by YP.comI had a great experience with this company. My mothers heater went out and called three different companies. This company was the only one who went through and showed my mother exactly what the problem was while the other two companies had to call other guys to come take a look and and there price was the best out of the three.

Provided by YP.comBEWARE of this companies illegal practices, they charge an arm and a leg and hire "unlicensed plumbers" that end up doing everything wrong and cost you alot more money to correct, and the owner Rose, and her cohorts, Grace are anything but courteous and professional and manuel her magr, has no or word to deliver on a 1 yr labor warranty!! they dont get city permits and are unaccountable for their responsibilities under the labor warranty and legal obligations under the sub contractor laws in TX, too bad bc I have pictures and documentation, phone call recordings, and the plumber that didnt get paid by them said they laugh at peoples claims when their at the office, etc, I will speak to anyone and any news media that cares to listen about the crap this company put me through, I even ended up in the hospital due to health issues that arose from their GROSS negligence, I had to pay a legit licensed plumber to correct their poor workmanship by a journeyman, who they admittedly hired and never paid, imagine that, LOL!!! unscrupulous too. I luckily took alot of pics and so did the City Inspector that comfirmed they never got a permit, as required. not sure how they got 2 excellent ratings here, BBB says have several unresolved disputes, and are not members, guess they came here and added themselves, I will see this to the end and will post the legal outcome here if possible and look for me in KTSM channel 9 Troubleshooters newsteam, and the El Paso Times, said they were very interested in my claim because it also involved federal and State Funding from the City Weatherization Prgram for the elderly and low income of El Paso. Cheack em out and take pics of any work they do, you will need that to prove in court, that was why I have a case, Im told by legal counsel Ive attained, Im disabled not stupid!! I cannot begin to explain how arrogant and despot these women, Rose and Grace, foul mouthed and a disgrace to their names, I can think of other names more fitting, but thats another story111 BEWARE!!!!
First off we dont believe or will ever use illegal practices when it comes to our business and customers. We never use unlicensed plumbers and/or electricians. Rose the office manager and her "cohorts" as you put it are very professional when working with professional like people. When yelled at and treated poorly the women that take care of the office will still take care of the disgruntled customer but find it hard to try and stay curteous with someone that wants to be unprofessional and thinks yelling is the solution. As far as paying people that are sub-contracted by us, we always pay and are always by the book. This cutomer was already completly upset with Weatherization, the company that sub-contracted Times Refrigeration to install a unit at this disgruntled man's house. We do honorable work and take pride in everything we do here at Times Refrigeration. Its to bad when you deal with a customer like this that isnt going to be happy with anything you do at his house, even when its getting funded by the government and is costing him nothing. We deal with everything in a professional matter here at Times Refrigeration and after dealing with a few mix-ups on Weatherization's part we have let go of the contract with them. If this customer had pictures, recorded phone calls and proof of us being a negligent company Im sure we wouldnt still be in business. It just goes to shows a man's character when they talk down to women, this person had no problem being mean, rude and disgusting while on the phone with the women that take care of our offices. Rose, Grace and Lela are beautiful women and will take care of you like if you were part of our family. Im sorry we couldnt rise to this customer's expectations but Im sure we're not the only company this person will ever have problems with.

Provided by YP.comThey nickel and dime you. Although Rose is awesome and gives reassuring customer service over the phone you end up calling them back and it is ALWAYS something different. They end up charging you for the service charge then offer a discount and make up for it somewhere else. I gave them over 600 bucks for the services this year on 2 units and one still makes funny noises. Still looking to build a realtionship with an AC compnay, although I think I will go geothermal next year so I will run these two into the ground.
Im sorry you had a bad experience with us Kryss72. When working on these mechanical units problems do arise, espically when fixing or repairing them is the issue. If a unit already in bad shape we cant gurantee its going to come out like new once we are done repairing it. If more problems do arise we are understanding and know that repairs can sometimes be expensive and thats why we offer discounts and incentives to try and help out. I dont like that you havent found a refrigeration company that you want to stick with, but I feel like Times Refrigeration's relationship with you started out on bad terms with us trying to fix these units and make them like new. I Hope you give us a chance to install your new units once your other units give up and you run your units into the ground as you said. You will not be disappointed with our workmanship and you will be very happy.

Provided by YP.comMy heater went out on New Year's Eve, everyone in town closed early. My home was freezing. I just brought my house a couple of years ago so I dont know who originally installed the unit. Anyway, I called a whole lot of people, and a few big names who wanted to charge me $200 just to come out! I called Times @ about 5pm within the hour Joe was there, I was impressed, he assessed the problem, and found that my unit was a carbon monoxide leak, the tech came back with 2 more men and a unit and replaced it that night! They even cleaned up the area afterwards. they were there for a few hours but never looked rushed and payed great attention to detail. The technicians was great, very pleasent and well mannered, Times Refrigeration has the best customer service in town!

Provided by YP.comAbout two weeks ago my air conditioning unit stopped functioning so we decided to call Times Refrigeration to check it out. It was about 12 years old and we decided to go ahead and replace it with a brand new Amana system. My utility bill has already drastically decreased and the new air conditioner has a lifetime warranty! I will never have to buy another system! I am extremely pleased with the quality of their staff and I would recommend them to anyone who has any air conditioning problem/question.
