Provided by YPmobileThis daycare is a blessing to me and my 3 year old daughter I haven't been to a facility with this level of professionalism and staff retention. I have definitely been to daycares that have different faces all the time and that can be difficult for young children. My daughter and I are greeted every day and smile and she is always happy to be there. Tiny Tikes is one of the best childcare facilities in El Paso please don't let the negative reviews stop you from coming by to see for yourself. (I'm a real parent not a staff member and I drive 20mins out of my way to bring my daughter here, her safety and my piece of mind is worth the extra 40 min commute to work.)

Provided by YP.comWhen I read the below reviews I merely chuckled at such ignorant comments. We must remember that we are all adults and we must act like one, although there are some adults that obviously still have the mentality of a child.
As the mother of two children (ages 2 and 5) I had a hard time finding a daycare that I felt comfortable leaving my children at. I was a stay at home mom for 5 years and it was time to get back to work. I took tours of many East Side daycares but neither my children nor I felt at “home“, this was until I came across Tiny Tikes. As soon as you walk into Tiny Tikes the bright colors and atmosphere is welcoming to both children and adults. The staff greeted my children with a smile and open arms; this made me feel at ease. My children have been attending for a little more than a year now and I must say that I am more than fully satisfied with the care that they provide for my children. My daughters come home everyday from daycare singing songs and showing me the new educational games that they have learned. As a parent I love the fact that the teachers are very loving towards my children, this shows me that they truly enjoy their job. I also like that the teachers are constantly updating me on the status of my children whether or not they ate, slept, etc. I recommend Tiny Tikes to all of my co-workers and am very proud to tell others about the services they provide for my daughters and I.
With that being said I believe that Tiny Tikes is one of the most welcoming, loving, professional daycares in town. I have heard of many parents that make the drive from Horizon/West Side/Central to the East Side just to take their children to a daycare that they are comfortable with. If you have any doubts, I welcome you to take a tour so that you can see for yourself.

Provided by YP.comThis daycare seemed great at first, but i quickly learned that this place is garbage. I think most of these reviews were written by people who work there. The staff seems friendly to your face, but when you walk in unexpectedly you will find a staff member yelling in the face of a child.

Provided by YPmobileHello to all parents an coworkers of tiny tikes.i once was a parent and teacher there.my kids enjoyed an loved all the teachers there. When they acted bad or misbehaved it was hard but i had to let the teachers take control an fix the situation. As a parent we want our kids to be spoiled an treated like they are the only ones special.HELLO PEOPLE wake up these teachers have other kids to teach to take care of to watch. Every child is special an needs attention not just yours.many parents would leave kids there for long hours more than ten an then those very same parents would try an complain when they wouldn't even bring enough diapers wipes extra clothes or would sgow up late after being called numerous times to pick up their sick child. Several times other teachers an including myself wouldgo out our way to buy certain kids items they needed or to help a family out. Including the blancas being understanding with parents who couldn't make a payment. This daycare goes far out beyond any other daycare. Any person or parent who has something negative to say think about this while you are not perfect these teachers are not perfect but they deal with more than one child even some with disabilities they do teach them lessons an still have to make sure they are groomed , you as a parent dont even put as much time into your childs day. I barely have time with work, chores, appt. Soooooo be thankful these ladies are trying their hardest to show your child right from wrong, knowledge they need, manners, love, attention. Enough said....

Provided by YPmobileI am so suprise to read those negative comments,my kids have been going there for years and have to say,I love it all the teachers are great my kids love them,I like the fact that they let me know whats going on with my kids,I will be the first to say my kids are a handful and not alot of daycares put up with kids like that they have no patience,Tiny Tikes bless them that there willing to.They offer me advice and go that extra step for them.I think those who wrote those negative reviews were parents who did not like to hear that there kids were bad,you know that there informing us so we know of whats happening with our kids. I understand this is a place to post your opinions and you have that right but if you do it out of spite then it defeats the purpose.I would invite anybody to go check it and youll see what im talking about. My kids will tell you first hand how they like it. Ms.Desi was very helpful and I like to add that Ms. Mary,Mrs.Ida,and Mrs.Gaby are the best there thank you all for what you do!!!

Provided by YP.comEveryone is entitled to have their own opinion but we must remember that we also have our own individual experiences. I would just like to say that my experience at Tiny Tikes has been positive. The loving and educational environment that they provide for my children is more i could ever ask for.

Provided by YPmobileDo your research first about this daycare I think some of the comments below were made by someone that works at Tiny Tikes.Their so upset of some of the reviews from below.Remember that's why their called reviews I really dont know why you guys focus on the grammar because obviously you understood them for you to be able to correct them. But my point is do your research for this daycare I wouldn't recommend... And im sorry for my grammar I know someone is going to critize. But let me put it out their this is not a grammar contest I'm writing this for your kids not to experience what happened to my son.

Provided by YP.comI agree with the other reviews. This daycare was horrible! I pulled my kid out because they were horrible at taking care of him (and the other kids too for that matter). The teachers were two-faced. I caught them several times yelling at the kids really ugly and then when they realized I was there, they would get startled and start being nice. I can only imagine what happens when the parents aren't around. Almost every time I would walk in the babies would be crying and the girls would be talking in a group as if nothing was wrong. One time, a parent was furious because when the kids were dropped off from a field trip or school (I can't remember which one), nobody was waiting outside to make sure everyone got inside and his kid was just walking outside by himself. Oh, by the way, the bus driver just dropped them off and left. Also, on several occasions when I picked up my son, he was wet. My husband and I complained but nothing was ever done. Everything started adding up and we finally got fed up with it. I'm glad we went to another daycare because I'm very happy now. The daycare we found is amazing and the best in El Paso. On the contrary to Tiny Tikes, this daycare pays attention to detail and the teachers are all genuine. I'm glad I left Tiny Tikes! Parents BEWARE!

Provided by YP.comLet me begin by saying that I am truly upset by the other reviews, but in particular the all caps display of low intellectual functioning. I am not sure which elementary school you dropped out of, but you should probably do yourself a favor and learn grammar. I am almost positive that your description of those events are inacurate and that no one at the daycare would ever harm your child. Interesting how you failed to mention how your child did get those bruises.
That being said....
My daughters (ages 12 and 4) have attended Tiny Tikes Daycare since they were 11 weeks old. In that time, I have had the privilege of seeing and experiencing nothing but compassionate, caring, and understanding teachers and staff. The staff often go out of their way to include parents in projects and activities (we had a parent Thanksgiving party, ice cream social, and graduation this year). These ladies have assisted me in raising my daughters and making them part of who they are today. My daughters' learned how to read, learned preschool material when they were 2, and most importantly were prepared both emotionally and cognitively for school. If there are any doubts as to the validity of my comments, all you have to do is walk in to the daycare and see the gratefulness of other parents and how unbelievabley blessed we feel to have such an amazing daycare.
I am embarassed to admit that the majority of us do not write reviews until we are disgruntled by some action. Reading the other reviews forced my hand.

Provided by YP.comThis is a terrible daycare...i don't know if these people work there still.. BUT I'm about to confess what I saw.Edith--in care of ages 2-4 yrs old...during lunch some kids would get sleeply..one day one boy was falling asleep in the highchair..she quietly walked up to him and SLAMMED her hand so hard that even I jumped...he woke up crying!
Another one name IDA...she pokes kids on the head firmly to get their attention if they don't listen. If the kids look up at her, and would say "Ouch", she would get in their face and yell "It wasn't me, it was that kid right there." She has her own kids at this daycare and they're just as BULLIES as she IS!!! Just terrible....
One day, an infan'ts mother walked in and found her 7 month old sitting on the rug with all the other infants, but she was crying so hard, that the mom got bothered enough to REQUEST to see that day's video. (There are cameras in every ROOM, except the restrooms!) BUT the manager started to get in the mom's face and questioned why she was insisting to see the video. THe mom said that her daughter was just a baby, and did not appreciate finding her crying, while the caregivers were standing around ignoring the fact that the baby was crying. She also mentioned that she knew her baby enough to know that the crying had lasted more than 30 minutes by the way the baby counldn't catch her breath, and her eyes were very puffy already.
The manager just shrugged and said too bad, I;m not showing you the video. The caregivers are professional, and if you don't like it here, you can take your baby somewhere else.
I couldn't believe THIS myself! I was working there at the time.
I would NEVER EVER EVER recommend this place, even to my worst enemies. !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Be-WARE when looking for daycare. If the caregivers aren't warm towards you, it could be a sign that they are already frustrated, seeing a newcomer they get annoyed..sometimes I noticed that when moms asked questions about their kids they would short-answer parents. Seemed they were pushing them away to avoid saying too MUCH!
