I was referred to this dentist by my insurance company. I had a wisdom tooth that was infected, had a hole in it, and needed to be extracted. I was in agonizing pain to the point I could not sleep and was in tears, not to mention I have a newborn. I called, and the staff on the phone were very cold and uncaring about my situation. I had my referral faxed to them thursday and had to call twice to see if they received it. When they got the referral they told me that the doctor would not review my referral until Wed. of the following week. When I expressed to her how much pain I was in she replied she was sorry and she didn't know what to tell me. So finally I got a call back a week later to be told I would not be taken on as a patient and was given a referral to a doctor who only accepts cash. Needless to say I am still with a bad tooth in pain and patiently waited out to not even be considered as important by this doctor enough to be seen. Its is really sad when your profession in service become about the bottom dollar and less about the comfort and care of others. I located and contacted another dentist Green Family Dental who set me an appointment for the same day.
