Provided by YP.comViva Chevy is a great place to buy a vehicle. I've noticed they always have a ton of sports cars. New Corvettes all the time. Omar the gm can really take care of you!

Provided by YP.comAvoid this dealership at all cost. Worst car buying experience ever! The vehicle that was traded in is now past due because Viva Chevrolet has not paid it off in time as promised. It’s been nearly a month now and the $500 check promised on the due bill has not been provided. When inquiring on the process, the employees at Viva disregard me and respond with sarcasm. Every time I have requested to speak to upper management, I get deflected. They pay attention to you prior to signing the contract, then after you sign it, you get ignored. They also pressure customers into signing a credit application prematurely. These people are shady.

Provided by YP.comReally really avoid this dealership they are making my husband run around in circles. He signed a contract and put 1000 down they let him take car and now the financing fell through. Now they want my info added to it so it supposedly will get "reapproved" Talk about spot delivery watch out for this!

Provided by YPmobileI was completely blown away. Was there to be a newer used car and was treated like I was wasting his time. The sales rep even asked my buddy why I was asking so many questions. What the heck is that about? Bought the car anyways even though the guy was incompetent and now it's been almost two months and still can't get plates. I had to renew my paper plates.... Never again in my life. I have spread the word around Fort Bliss. Absolutely ridiculous!

Provided by YPmobileDo NOT go here. Just spent 3 nights in a row going back, finally got to look at our first car tonight. Couldnt test drive or anything. Our salesman kept disappearing with other customers. Total of 6 hours over the last 3 nights, and maybe talked to a human being for a total of 30 minutes. Then the salesman started talking to me like i was a 2 year old idiot when talking prices. Finally got up and said we were going somewhere else and left. Worst service of my life!!

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I recently bought a used car from Viva Chevrolet and have had nothing but trouble with them since signing the contract. They have given us the run around like you wouldn't believe. It has taken 3 days to get a piece of paper stating that Viva Chevrolet will get us a spare key, as the salesman was mistaken in telling us there was a spare with the car. We bought the car Friday evening and were told the spare was at Viva Dodge and we would need to come back Monday morning to get the spare key. It has taken until now, Monday night, for us to get a piece of paper stating we will get a spare, who knows when that will happen. The sales manager Robert Herrera did nothing but slow down the process by being lazy about resolving the problem at hand, we arrived at Viva Chevrolet at 11 am and Robert Herrera did nothing to take care of our problem until 4:30 pm when he finally called to have a key made at which point the Toyota dealership that had to make the key was closing up the service department for the day. Horrible place to do business! Don't waste your time or money with these clowns.

Provided by YP.comI went there with my fiancé just to look around. Ended up finding something that I really liked, got the right amount for my trade in and the right price for the vehicle. The salesman gave me the final price and told me to call my bank. While on the phone with my bank I double checked with him to make sure that the price on the paper was the final price and the amount to apply for a loan. He said yes. But when I met with the finance manager the price was different. When I explained the sit to him he said, "The salesman is new". I had to unpack the vehicle I had already moved my stuff into and drive away. Totally disappointed.
