It's a good place to go, however a staff member that works in the Zaragosa store is very very rude, never smiled and when I requested a small yogurt with my sides inside it, she stated in a rude manner, "it's not a parfai it's a small yogort." I will never go to the Zaragosa location anymore. After explaining my reason to her, that I didn't want it on the side due to it possibly spilling in the car, she made a rude facial expression. Before she serves any yogurt, she needs customer service skills... incident occured on 02/20/12 at 5:15 pm....medium tall hispanic with ponytail.

Howerver,at the Lee Trevino store, I have never had a problem, I score it a 100+, very professional and excellent customer service.
