Good they workers are really helpful and kind
They are very busy all the time and keep things nicely stocked

Dec 26th 2015 my husband bought the 9.3 oz nestle nesquik chocolate milk from the dollar general store on sunset in el reno oklahoma. The next day I opened it for the first time and was almost knocked off my feet when I smelt a strong odor of turpentine coming from inside the container. (It gave me an instant headache for hours). I then asked my husband to smell it and he also was blown back a step by the turpentine smell.

I then called nestle... and she didn't seem to concerned, but said that they will check on it in that department the following day (monday) and said she'd mail me a coupon for another one. She didn't even want the chocolate milk mailed back for investigation. I had to ask her before hanging up. If I wanted to she would email me a postage paid stamp, for me to print it and package it and mail it off myself! (odd I thought)

We had a very bad ice storm that day making it impossible for us to return this item back to the store to show them the danger that maybe still on the shelfs for sale. So I called the dollar general store and spoke to the manager working and explained to her the strong smell of turpentine in the nestle... and that she should go and open and smell one herself so they would pull them off the shelf and she say's "I ain't going to open one just to smell it" I then said "ok.. why would you? it's only people live's and your job your dealing with". She then said that she doubted that. (ignorant girl to be manager i thought)

The weather caused power outages (no internet, no phone) and unsafe traveling making this matter wait until now (a day later) to file a complaint with the consumer affairs and/or our attorney general. I have no idea at this time if the manager ever did take attention to this matter but I sure hope so.

With what's going in the world today it all seemed so odd to me that these employees didn't seem to care.
